have known Leslie since the days when I actually worked as a law
librarian! She is perhaps typical of the new librarian: Like lawyers
who specialize in one area, Leslie has focused on the bankruptcy area.
She is an excellent law librarian generalist, but she shines in the area
of bankruptcy law. Her knowledge is deep and this article demonstrates
this. And in today’s economy, who doesn’t need a little help in this
area of the law!
Common Chapter 11 Documents These
documents provide a glimpse into the world of the reorganizing debtor
that is not available for many companies outside of bankruptcy.
